David researched his options and discovered blue light cystoscopy, a technique only recently approved in the United States.

His urologist couldn't perform it, so he found a specialist at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia who could.

The procedure found more cancer, cells that hadn't been detected during his first surgery, and they were removed.

David eventually underwent two blue light procedures and six rounds of immunotherapy in just a few months.

She, they, he doesn't matter to me.

I am a neurologist trained as a headache specialist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

And I work as an educator and a general neurologist.

And I worked at the National Cancer Institute through the Public Health Services Commissioned Officer Student Training Externship Program, or COSTEP.
