So... um yeah it was just i think the biggest disappointment last year was europe um they did finish fifth in the urc they started off really well last year very inconsistent run throughout the season so yeah probably a little bit of frustration there and an uncertainty around where where the team is going and um a little bit of a stagnant kind of development for some of the young players that we thought would kick through a little bit quicker.

But I think it's imperative for some of those young players this year to really grasp hold of that jersey and hopefully push on with Ireland, Brian Gleeson, Edmund Adogbo, Thomas Ahern, these guys who have serious potential and have shown glimpses of it.

They're kind of more senior players now and they've got to step up and deliver.

And by and large, the back line is pretty similar.

He looks like a good athlete.

Thomas Ahern needs to stay fit.

He's a guy I think...

I've really liked the look of lots about him, but he needs to stay fit and he needs to put himself in a position where he's getting selected every week.
