This Time I Know It's for Real

I could name you half a dozen other Donna Summer singles that I like more than this.

Love, uh, No More Tears, and Love's Unkind I really like, and This Time I Know It's For Real, the 1989 single, for me is the best song that Stock Aitken Waterman ever wrote.

So there's lots of other songs that I like of hers.

I had a really entertaining afternoon actually listening to her kind of greatest hits and all this sort of stuff.

Then they had about a year of everyone thinking everything they did was absolute garbage, over a certain age.

Obviously, Nick's a different pop generation.

And then Donna Summer, This Time I Know It's For Real came out, and people are going, "Oh, actually, for an SAW record, that's actually pretty cool." But they had a really, really blacklisted year, but that's when they had more hits than any other time, I think.

So Never Gonna Give You Up did well on the main Record Mirror disco chart, not the pop dance chart, which they had in a smaller section, the main cool disco chart.
