This Morning

But honestly, I thoroughly loved, um, when you had, it was Mel from All Saints and Emma Bunton on the couch, and they went through, um, their history with the girl groups, the fashion at the time, and it was just a really good discussion.

It's worth a watch because you know when you feel a bit down in the dumps, and I think I've said this before, and I think we both did, I do sometimes watch old This Morning clips with Holly, Alison Hammond.

You know, they come out with these hilarious things, and they just pick up your day.

So that's a lighthearted listen if you can't sleep and you just want to be happy and laugh before you go to bed.

I think it's a nervous system, you know, I'm in fight or flight, and I notice myself more jumpy and all the rest of it.

So I think I'm pretty clear on what it is and, and how to move past it.

But I, you know, 4:00 this morning, obviously you're like, "What will help me sleep?" You know, I bought, like, a silk eye mask at 5:00 in the morning this morning.

After 25 years, Ant & Dec walk away with nothing.

Monty Don's first Gardener's World, taking over from Alan Titchmarsh on the long-running show that explores all things horticultural.

He'd made his TV debut in 1989 with a gardening segment on ITV's This Morning, after his home garden had been featured in several publications.

Other shows and appearances followed before he joined Gardeners World in 2003.

A self-taught gardener, Monty Don's curiosity and passion made him a favourite with viewers.
