And I actually listened to a podcast episode probably a decade ago on This American Life.

If anyone remembers that, that was one of the very first, like, very popular podcasts back in the day.

It was a really beautiful episode on... fat shaming and the word fat and the connotations around that and there was people on it who were very open about why like it actually makes me there was somebody who you know lived in a bigger body and she was like I identify as fat and by you balking at that word it That actually makes me feel worth it was just so fascinating to to listen to somebody speak like that.
