Think About It

Watching him up close confirmed what I'd felt back at Bluesfest, that he wasn't just a great guitarist, he was a phenomenal musician with a philosophy, and that philosophy is written all over the album we're celebrating today.

Think About It, Alex's debut that took 20 years.

Released on Seven Records back in 2004, Think About It wasn't the product of a young guitarist rushing to make his mark.

Alex had played with William Clark, Rod Piazza, Lester Butler, Tad Robinson, Linwood Slim, and a who's who of blues royalty.

And of course, as I like to do, to bring added perspective to the record, I sat down with Alex Schultz to discuss Think About It and much, much more.
