Just before we get started with the episode, we wanted to give you a quick update.

We're now offering a premium version of They Reminisce Over You, and the premium version will have extended episodes and be ad-free.

Don't worry, we're not making any changes to the current show.

We're just going to add a little something extra for our premium members.

Yes.

So check us out on YouTube if you want to see all of that.

Welcome back to They Reminisce Over You, a podcast that takes a nostalgic look back at the best in music, movies, and TV from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s.

I'm Christina.

Top three to five songs or bands you would want on your next workout playlist.

man you know i don't okay so this is just off the top of my head um uh this i've got a very wide taste i mean one of my favorite songs in the world is um the moonlight sonata you know by beethoven i think it's i think it's uh fantastic um but then i also really like you know They Reminisce Over You by Pete Rock and CL Smooth.

So there's a little bit of a divergence there.

So I would say it would probably be 80s and 90s rap.
