They may have other jobs, but there's gonna be this big shift, and I, I can see how some people might feel some kind of way about a resource like electricity going to that, removing the ability for humans to have these jobs, and also their own electricity rates going up because of the supply and demand curve.

As with any change, it's really important to ask the questions and have, have the focus because I'm a firm believer that in the aggregate, AI is going to create a ton of value for society.

I think it's going to solve, solve a lot of problems that are really valuable to solve and, uh, allow all of us to, you know, at, at sort of a, a very fundamental level, be able to do more with less in ways that can enable flourishing.

It's, it's, it's truly powerful.

Um, I think that's the most likely outcome.

There are those some really meaningful downside outcomes that are important, right? And it's not-- you don't wanna brush them under the rug because, um, how we make this change as a society really matters, right? How that value that is created from AI is then used to make sure that people flourish and not just a small subset of companies flourish.

Like that, that matters a lot.

Uh, well, which of these technologies actually matter? Like, how do we evaluate them?
