Tyler HammerHOST
68:54

GaryHOST
69:11
I think that's a little off.
Jake RazorHOST
69:13
It's not

Evan TurissiniGUEST
14:29
Absolutely.
Evan TurissiniGUEST
14:30
I mean, people always ask me, like, oh, how did you become an actor? I'm like, well, I wanted a lot of attention when I was a kid and no one ever told me to stop and I ended up here.
Evan TurissiniGUEST

My teacher, by a stroke of luck, was this really amazing guy named David Gammons, who's a really amazing, um, director in Boston who would go on to direct many amazing things but he kind of got his start as a high school teacher at Concord Academy and he took us into Boston to see all these amazing plays and stuff including at Speakeasy Stage Company where I got my first job as a theater marketer and an actor Shakespeare project where I am a theater marketer now and being exposed to these professional productions at an early age I remember looking up at stage and at a production called Red and at speakeasy stage company one of the greatest productions i've ever seen and there was some legendary actor named tommy dara who unfortunately has passed now but i remember seeing him on that stage looking up being like oh i don't need to be a broadway actor i don't need to go to los angeles for this to be a thing i could do this right here and that's a dream that's something that's like attainable for me it's not like something that just happens to other people It can happen right here in Boston and I can have these, you know, 300 people sitting around me having the same feeling looking up at me.
Evan TurissiniGUEST
15:56
And that's kind of what I've been chasing for my entire career.
Evan TurissiniGUEST
15:59

Grace RandolphHOST
40:18

Evin Rose TerranovaGUEST

So I grew up as a theater kid and for me, musical theater was, yes, it was fun and it was play, but it was deeper than that too.
Evin Rose TerranovaGUEST

It was a space where I felt really safe and accepted.
Evin Rose TerranovaGUEST
