The Vampire Diaries

Ian.

Vampire Diaries, I think.

Vampire Diaries.

Ibang kasing diaries din.

Ay, diaries.

I love Spider-Man.

We've been watching Vampire Diaries.

How am I

supposed to pick out of all these franchises? I know.

I think they deliberately were returning to the old form of the Wolfman story.

But a lot of the series that have come out with all these young people, you know, the Vampire Diaries series, Being Human, where you've got vampire, ghost, and a werewolf all living together.

And it is the sort of like, this is who we are.

And how can we survive? Yeah, Twilight.

Then I went off and watched Dracula.

I never got into the Vampire Diaries because I thought we were going to cover it on Total Betty.

Then this.

Has it always been where vampires were like werewolves smell so bad we can smell them? Like where did that come in where it's like that dog, that wet dog smell?

So this is called Rally, and it's a new series that's from Julie Plec.

So she did The Vampire Diaries and a bunch of other teen drama shows that we love.

This is for Prime Video, and it's labeled as...

It'll unfold in the cutthroat environment of an elite tennis academy as ambitious young players learn that greatness and the loneliest sport in the world demand sacrificing everything, including the connections held most dear.

But you know what's interesting,

though? An executive producer, I believe, on this film is Julie Plec, who did The Vampire Diaries, which this plot is kind of very similar to, like, Elena and Jeremy having, like, lost their parents, and now it's just them two in this, like, supernatural world and having to figure out this supernatural world.

The only difference is this one has werewolves, the other one has vampires.

And I was like, girl, you're not original, huh? But okay, cool.

So where does Scream officially begin? Well, ironically, it does begin with a killer.

Kevin Williamson, who is the screenwriter of Scream, among many other projects like Dawson's Creek, The Vampire Diaries, the following, the guy's got a plethora of good plots that he writes.

And during the 90s in his heyday, he was reading the reports about the Gainesville Ripper, another murderer in the 90s that went on a spree for five days and with the reports going on that there's someone out there killing college kids and had mixing that with the slashers like friday 13th halloween nightmare on elm street and it was developed under the title scary movie i wonder if that's gonna take off years from now and originally Wes Craven declined the offer to direct Scream.

You would think, why? You made several amazing good horror films.
