Nick, what would be like your quick little bio?

You know, for Street Cred, I am the production editor for Mallorn, which is the academic journal of the Tolkien Society.

I've been doing that for six years now, and I've been a member of the society for 10.

And then I have written some academic articles.

So the other thing that helped me understand the fandom was, um, the connection to the, the family I've always had with the Tolkien Society in, in the UK, uh, it's worldwide, um, but mainly in the UK, is that for as long as I've been alive, the Tolkien Society has, has existed, and it was, uh, Tolkien himself who was president.

And then when he was no longer around, it was his daughter Priscilla, so my Aunt Prisca, she was the sort of, um, president, uh, um, taking his place.

And so we have always been heavily involved.

Every year they had this Oxonmoot in Oxford, and they still have it now.

And so we used to go down as children and, and hang out there and spend the weekend having this Oxonmoot, which was a gathering of Tolkien Society fans.

Um, one great thing that used to happen in the early days was that, um, Prisca would open a house on a Sunday-

So I got to ask, because so much of your biography that I read out that I found on your website and on the Tolkien Society website talks about printmaking and like so much of the focus on printmaking.

And I don't know what printmaking is.

What is printmaking? Yeah.
