Well, I chose a song from The Starting Line-

... because after Warped Tour Long Beach, I watched the whole Starting Line set on the Warped Tour YouTube channel.

well it's like the meme right where it's like blink 182 shows up on the oldie station and you're like excuse me

But I think most of us like, you know, I know Danny, especially I myself are both fans of like the home team and broadside.

And then going back to some of the older records that I grew up with, you know, still listening to bands like the starting line.

I still love a good blink record.

And there's, there's a lot of that as well as the excerpt.

Um, and they, they sounded pretty good.

Um, the big, uh, moment of the night though was when the lead singer of St- of The Starting Line, I think got too drunk and fell off the stage.

But anyways.

Like you say, we just have the radio.

But really it wasn't until high school and, like, kind of being around people who would tell me bands uh to get into that that like like one of the the first first pop the first two honestly from my friend brett and my freshman year in high school he turned me on to the starting line and newfound glory where he heard of them i didn't know but he was like you gotta listen to these bands and i swear hearing the best of me was like was like i gained consciousness like hearing that song for the first time like

What, and what, what, and also just, you know, not to go to everything, but also releases great albums today.

Same with the starting line, like such great new albums.

They, they really put out those guys.

[laughs] Uh, he basically was like, "Yeah, you know, you guys remind me a lot of The Starting Line when they first played, and they didn't have any choruses in their songs either." And I said, "Man, if you write some choruses, we can get something done here." And we were not into that.

We're like, "If you don't like our, the music we're making, then don't sign us."

When you guys did the, the audition, was it in New Jersey?

Oh, we get our biggest supporting tour ever.

We toured, uh, with The Starting Line, and that was like primarily House of Blues shows.

That makes sense though

But there, you know, there are some pop punk bands that sound like Propagandi and some pop punk bands that sound like The Starting Line, you know?

Did you see any bands in Long Beach?

I saw one band, The Starting Line, and they were incredible.

I love that band so much.
