don't know if I've ever seen Stegman do Miles.

I chatted with Chris Claremont a little bit.

He's always fun to talk to.

Humberto Ramos I finally met in person for the first time really chill guy very nice very enthusiastic um he wasn't told specifically what happened and why because he was already off the book by then but he thinks that shortly after spectacular spider-man ended they sent peter into space norman was put into the spider-man role and everything he thinks it was just they wanted to make the way for the new status quo

yeah i i feel bad for him because i think he was having a good time

But I'm just like, okay, but, like, no.

Because, like, one thing, I used to watch Spectacular Spider-Man a lot.

I used to love Spider-Man.

Spider-Man, when he first fought Rhino, Rhino, one of my favorite villains.

And Greg, you know, when we've talked in the past, it's mostly been about worlds that you've spent a lot of time in previously, right? Like, of course, you're the co-creator of Gargoyles.

You've been working on Spectacular Spider-Man, which, you know, you worked on that animated series as well.

But at least from our conversations, this will be the first recent book where it's like, okay, maybe a childhood love or something that you've appreciated, you know, from afar and now getting a chance to jump into it.

Um, what is it about Robin Hood? What draws you to this and what makes you excited about it?

So I'm way behind, but I eventually get to all of them.

But the other great thing about the website is that every answer that I've ever given over these last quarter century is archived and the archive is searchable.

So the odds are, if you've got a question about Young Justice, about Spectacular Spider-Man, Witch, Star Wars Rebels, Gargoyles, of course, Darkwing Duck even, you know, the odds are I've probably already answered it over the last 25 years.

And so you can search the archive and probably find your answer And if it just so happens that I haven't answered that question yet, then you can post your question.

So, holy corporate synergy, Batman, spectacular Spider-Man, brand new day.

That this was only going to be a miniseries, but this was a...

And then Slott said, well, if it sells well, we'll do more.

so i mean there you go so basically they're

taking the 2000s spectacular spider-man logo and the brand new day logo slapping it together and we're getting a new story written by dan slot marcus so and marcos martin are doing the art on it uh phil jimenez is back doing the cover for at least the first issue.

And I'm going to say this because I've said this in the past about Phil Jimenez, but at least he finally figured out how to draw Spider-Man's eyes.

I know, um, there's a kind of, uh, an appeal, I guess, to more action-based shows.

I know when I was growing up, um, the Batman animated series or the Sp- the Spectacular Spider-Man, the animated show, those were kind of exciting shows to watch 'cause there was a lot of stakes, you know, there was a lot of action, there was a lot of thrill.

And just the characters in general always had some kind of interesting story or plot.

And while those are kind of examples of very thrilling shows, I don't think they would have influenced me to be [laughs] an aggressive or, I guess, badly behaved child.

I just didn't think it was that level.

It's nowhere near, I don't think it's as good as Spectacular Spider-Man.

Daredevil Born Again Season 3, that's for March 27.

That's the end, right? Yeah, that's how you know they're done.

Mm-hmm.

The, uh, Spectacular Spider-Man did it in a, in, like, a really cool way, so we'll see what it looks like for this show.

And two, to bring it back to, uh, seeing Gwen in there, I mean, we getting Miles, bro.
