One of the details that I loved in your book, you talked about the early years of the book not having any garlic in it.

But the—I mean, garlic was just, like, you know, a signature piece of our identity.

And even knowing the Settlement Cookbook has this Jewish story and to think that it was garlicless in this way, like, how did that come to be?
