So doing the half marathon there on the 20th of December, I believe that is, isn't that? isn't really what i'm looking at going all out on a sort of using as a particular performance test although that might change near the time and the idea for that is just to sort of use it as a bit of a sort of coming towards the end of a block hard-ish half marathon to get again some more volume in um but yeah i guess it depends how that block goes then is a chance i push it more than i would be expecting to but it's there in the diary um all signed up for it and it should be fun and one of the things i've been sort of focusing on when i've been planning out my races leading up to london marathon isn't necessarily what's optimal though i have tried to obviously focus it around my training blocks and building towards on the marathon but also just finding races that look fun that i want to do um this is as much about enjoying the process as it is getting to london marathon um i i'm really enjoying running i'm absolutely loving getting out in fact yeah I really have to force myself to take a rest day at some point because I just haven't been doing it on my easy days.
Matt CarpenterHOST
