It was across the board of size ranging and fit.
Ben HobsonHOST

And I was like,
Russell ThomasGUEST

And there's still about, well, there's well over a thousand gaslights in London if you choose to go and find them in the areas around the legal areas, the temples or in Westminster.
Russell ThomasGUEST
17:22
And the Royal Parks have got large numbers of gaslights.
Russell ThomasGUEST
17:26
Quite nice to go and see in the autumn evening as it's getting darker.
Ollie GuillouHOST
17:31
And obviously gas is still used today, just not for lighting our homes.
Jamie TimsonPANELIST
38:04

Naomi PotterGUEST
6:25
Do you find yours fluctuates?
Jenni FalconerHOST
6:28
Yes and if I've had an injury it takes a little while to come back because I'm nervous without realising it.
Jenni FalconerHOST
6:33
I've got like this little confidence block because I'm scared I'm going to make things worse by pushing it too much so sometimes that can happen and in fact the royal parks for me was the first run i've done this year confidently and quite strong and i didn't i usually stop for a little walking break on like on every run and just because i'm always worried about getting injured and also i get out of breath the royal parks are the first it was a 13.1 mile run obviously first time i haven't stopped like for months and months and months wow I kept going and I got a time that I liked and I was so overwhelmed because I hadn't got an injury.
Jenni FalconerHOST
7:12
I cried crossing the finish line.
Catriona GibsonGUEST
51:29
And there are, in fact, there are like bans on foraging in some of the parks there.
Catriona GibsonGUEST
51:33
There's a group of seven parks called the Royal Parks in London where there is an absolute ban on foraging.
Catriona GibsonGUEST
51:39
Yeah, and there's a couple of local bans as well on different places or there's certain areas you have to apply for a one day pass to forage for fungi.
Catriona GibsonGUEST
51:48
And you will be that will be checked on that kind of thing.

Sneaked in a one second PB.
Tom WheatleyHOST
2:43
Was that a PB? Because you were getting very close to, well, what do you call it? What do you call it when you get fast? Sub 80?
Kieran AlgerHOST
3:10
It's not
Nick Harris-FryHOST
3:10
a tricky race to go too fast in.
Nick Harris-FryHOST
3:13
I mean, I've PB'd at Royal Parks a couple of times, but it isn't.
Nick Harris-FryHOST
3:16
You think if you get a time there, you can definitely beat it somewhere else because it is quite narrow and windy at the paces.
Danny NormanHOST
25:19
You may be given access to public land.
Danny NormanHOST
25:21
So if you go to the Royal Parks, the public can go-
Nicola ForwoodHOST
25:23
To private land, you mean
Danny NormanHOST
25:24
...
Danny NormanHOST
25:26
Thank you.
Danny NormanHOST
25:26
Yeah, private land.
Danny NormanHOST
25:27
So if I go to Royal Parks, it's open to the public, but that is not owned by the public.
Danny NormanHOST
25:32
It is a private land, but it is, it is permissible.
Jenni FalconerHOST
1:17
And whatever kind of runner you are, fast, slow, brand new, or coming back after a break, this is your space, and every mile counts.
Jenni FalconerHOST
1:26

Chris FordHOST

Chris FordHOST
19:03
Well done, firstly, on the PB.
Chris FordHOST
19:04
Yeah.
