The Rest of Our Lives

Actually, now wait a minute.

I'm just realizing sometimes as I talk to you, Okay, so this book actually reminds me of The Rest of Our Lives, which was a Booker finalist by Ben Markovits.

I think this one is a little bit more successful, well, was

a lot more successful for me.

So I'm not saying if you, like, I did not love The Rest of Our Lives by Ben Markovits, but there are elements of that here where it's like a man on a journey.

This feels like The Rest of Our Lives meets Vigil by George Saunders.

I think this is more successful than both of those books.

So I really liked Vigil, but I am in the minority.
