He had me do two drills.

But I thought it was funny because that sound is very... of its time as well of around this time because Hoobastink was kind of blowing up you know they had the song Crawling in the Dark and then right after that they had The Reason and I mean The Reason was just fucking massive but I don't know anyway I mean Crawling in the Dark is a really good song that's a really good song The Reason is fucking trash but their first record you remember you've listened to their first record right what was their first record it's not on spotify or anything but it's good it's like it's almost like incubus's science it's almost like that it's wild it's it's good it's really it's actually very very good but it's not they don't consider it their first record really it's kind of like yellow card doesn't consider the first two records their records or you know like that or we pop a roach like we were talking about they have a first record but they don't consider it a record um anyway Oh, and two.

He's even said that the way he mixes records as well and produces records is that he makes it like a wall of sound so almost everything is clipping in the mix.

And he said the reason he does this is because he knows that people mainly listen to these songs either on a crappy stereo in their car or on the crappy stereo on their phone.
