No, doesn't sound familiar.

Look, look, I, I had a choice: The Professionals with Burt Lancaster, which I wish I'd picked, or Heroes of Telemark.

And K- uh, Heroes of Telemark, to me, despite having Kirk Douglas, who I really like, was very boring.

Um, and I love a wartime movie.

Sean Connery stars in Wrong is Right, a sharp-tongued political satire written and directed by Richard Brooks, who did Cat on a Cotton Roof, Looking for Mr. Goodbar.

He did The Professionals with Burt Lancaster, a really great Western.

Just a guy who did a lot of interesting films.

But this one...

damn and i i thought you guys

i thought you guys won right refocusing back to bugs uh go back to to your point sanye that you made about the cheap and cheerful nature of bugs and i'm going to take issue with the wikipedia entry for bugs uh where the creators of it say that they deliberately tried to make it have a non-british feel yeah so um so the creators of it yeah exactly so veteran writer producer brian clemens who previously worked on the avengers fantastic not the american ones the the new avengers with you know uh what's his name john steed and appeal um and the professionals

yeah uh anyway uh he described bugs as a mixture of the two shows and saying that it's it's about technology the hard realistic edge of the professionals allied to the avengerish dramatic premises and obviously the comedy that you get with the avengers um He said that unlike the Avengers, which it sold itself on its Britishness, incidentally, we have to do that film, the Avengers with Ralph Fiennes and Uma Thurman.

Hell yeah.

Yeah.

delivered within moments of each other.

That excellent, excellent scene when Nick and Roz are driving away from whatever kerfuffle, another very British word, they've been involved in.

Um, I had it...

If Ryan had somehow also picked the ones I was going to pick, I enjoyed The Professionals.

I think the other ones we picked are just, like, a little more interesting.

And I like The Professionals.

Again, I feel like the, the list deserved only one Western.
