I've already read Rob Shearman's The Power of Kroll novelisation and, oh, boys, you're in for a treat.

Oh, really? That is out of this world.

Yeah, this fabulous giant squid who's so sad because he's been turned massive and he was absolutely in love with another squid called Shirley.

What you are going to hear next is the live episode where I was joined by Doctor Who writer and author Rob Shearman.

Rob is going to introduce for us a preview from his forthcoming book, a novelization of The Power of Kroll, which is part of a forthcoming six-book volume, The Key to Time, which is a revisited version of the novelizations of the six Key to Time stories.

Three have already been published.

That was James Goss' novelization of The Pirate Planet and David Fisher's renovelizations of The Stones of Blood and The Androids of Tara.

James Goss and Rob Shearman have teamed up And they are covering the remaining three books.

So that will be six key to time renovelizations, all in the same volume.

And Rob was kind enough to share with us an excerpt from The Power of Kroll, which is coming out later in 2026.

Following the live Doctor Who lit episode is an interview with Ross Rudiger, who I've been social media friends with for a long time.

However, there is a new... 853 page, if I recall correctly, novelization of the Key to Time season coming out, featuring all new material.

James Goss' recent renovelization of the Pirate Planet as Douglas Adams, David Fisher's two renovelizations of Stones of Blood and Androids of Tara, and now James Goss and Rob Shearman are going back and doing new novelizations for the Rebus operation, based on the original scripts.
