The Point Pleasant Tapes

Mike and I kind of took the summer off because we've had a lot going on over here.

When Mike and I aren't talking Beatles here on All You Need Is Pod, we also moonlight as independent filmmakers, and our latest feature, a found footage horror film called The Point Pleasant Tapes, has been making its rounds through the indie festival circuit.

We've just wrapped up a two-year run with showing the film at festivals all over the country, and it is finally being released next month on November 24th through VOD rental and DVD, with a wider streaming release and Blu-ray package to follow early next year.

So if you're like us and you also love independent horror films in addition to The Beatles, definitely check out The Point Pleasant Tapes.

It's available for pre-order at mvdentertainment.com. Another very important announcement and another big reason why we took the summer off, Everything Fab Four Fest is returning to New Jersey next month, and this year the focus of the festival is going to be the 60th anniversary of the landmark Beatles album Revolver.

Mike and I are both going to be there hosting a live episode of All You Need Is Pod with today's special guest, Sam Popkin.
