And I know that sounds really easy to do, but knowing what that is, I think is quite a thing that most people don't seem to get very quickly.

yeah it's a it's like you say it's really putting the audience member first of going yeah how do i convince you to give up your money and spend an evening here and interestingly we've only ever had one other theater company i said to you before we hit record on the show and that was the mischief theater who did the play that goes wrong and he said one of the secrets that he believes to the success of that show was the title the play that goes wrong everyone went oh that's interesting i get that that's And he put a lot of energy in the title of the show.

So it's interesting that that formula, like you say, start with making it as easy as you can for your audience to get excited about it, I think.

You've been in The Play That Goes Wrong for over seven years, which is a significant amount of time to be with a show.

What is it like to stay with a show and a character for that length of time?

I watched that quite a lot.

And I think I saw the play that goes wrong live, but then I actually auditioned for the play that goes wrong about a year ago.

And...

I kind of flumped the audition.

So my mum died when I was 18.

And then a couple of years later, I'm doing...

the play that goes wrong for the first time.

And my, my alarm clock, my alarm time changes from 8am to 10am.
