I'm wide awake, spinning webs, darting through my ceiling She's cherry coke, lemonade, cutting through my breathing Cause I'm not myself when you don't see me Yeah, I'm not myself Hey, she looked up at me to the ground Cause I can't keep chasing with my head in the clouds Pacing back and forth, panning over through waves Your dopamine, my nicotine, the way you rule Keep on dreaming I need you to tie me to the ground Cause I can't keep chasing with my heart in the ground Cause I'm not myself Cause I'm not myself So tell me if the light's gone out I need you to tie me to the ground Cause I can't keep chasing with my head in the clouds

That was the new Hires with 4AM.

They're a band also from Ottawa in Ontario, same neck of the woods as me.

And that's the first band I've featured since Schoolhouse, I think, which were another Ottawa band.
