The Lost Man

And this guy's just being an asshole and yelling, do something, it's your baby, and something to that effect.

But it's all POV from the main character, who is simply credited as the lost man.

And he is just looking down at his phone, he's looking over, he's looking at his reflection, he's listening to his music, and he doesn't do anything, it's just kind of awkward.

But he does get a call from a girl who's got a cat with her in her little display photo, but he declines the call.

yeah I liked all of this as well and then it's I really liked, yeah, when they cut, you know, from his POV, because even though I thought the scene was well done, but, like, part of me was kind of like, oh, is, like, the whole movie going to be like this? Like, it's a choice.

I don't know how it could be, but actually, dude, like, yeah, they set it up, and then they, yeah, like, you know, cut to him, and then...

Like you were saying, they cut to the exit A, and then you see him for the first time, outside of reflections and stuff, and then they have the character named The Lost Man come up, which sounded very intriguing.

Yeah, it made me think it was going to be an anthology, because it felt like the title of the first story, almost.

But today we're talking about Exit 8, which is originally from 2025, but released here in the States in 2026.

This movie was written and directed by Genki Kawamura, based on the game by Kotake Create with a screenplay helped by Kentaro Hirase, and is starring Naru Asamuna as the boy, Yamada Kouchi as the Walking Man, and Kazari Ninomiya as the Lost Man.
