We are joined today by an actor who has been seen in shows including Russian Doll and The Killing, and films including Boys Don't Cry, Pecker, Session 9, as well as the new Joel Veach film American Muscle, and even a few Paper Street Pictures productions including Shelby Oaks and most recently Bloodshine, which we will get into with him here.

I'm not sure if you guys ever heard the show called The Killing with Kevin Bacon.

He's hunting down the serial killer, and it's just James Perfroy is the serial killer, and it's just kind of how their lives impact each other.

And then there's Colin Salmon, who's a guy.

It's someone else.

They're going to like be like, oh, like the number one, the number one show that did this the right way was the killing on AMC.

I think it was season one or two.

The Rosie.

On the opening day, the judge ordered the three defendants removed from the courtroom while the issue was dealt with.

Now, apparently, as I said earlier, the motive for the killing was basically robbery.

Three friends had been camping when they were allegedly confronted.

They resisted and then that's when they were shot.

It is set in summer, which is a bit unusual.

I was interested in that.

So they're showing... sweet often in these ones it's dark and you know there's no light but this is actually it's light for like 23 hours of the day and so i found that really interesting and streets are empty you think what's going on and then you realize it's 4 a.m in the morning 4 a.m in the morning um so i found that interesting and what i did discover was that um the writer and creator is the same one is called george k and he created lupin and hijack two very good shows uh And it was directed by Christopher Nyholm, and he's known for The Killing and Taboo.

So it's got some pedigree, this show.

In my head, You're Next is basically his version of The Killing.

Any filmmaker, when they finally get a budget and do a bigger movie for the first time, Phantom of the Paradise, You're Next was his breakout.

Yeah two in the morning sometimes but not like milling bottles of wine but it was like we got really addicted to a couple of box sets like that was around the time where like Breaking Bad was out and There's a few other amazing box sets.

And then I went to read the news at 5am the next morning.
