Season two of the Institute is filming and they've released first look images showing Ben Barnes, Mary Louise Parker and Alfie Allen.

Which is huge because when you cast Mary Louise Parker in a Stephen King adaptation, you are making a very specific statement.

What kind of statement?

The Institute Season 2 first images tease the next chapter of Stephen King's horror series, Megan Navarro writes.

Mike Flanagan's Carrie isn't the only Stephen King series featuring telekinesis on the horizon.

Screen Rant has confirmed The Institute Season 2 is also set to arrive this fall, along with first-look images.

While MGM+ hasn't revealed an exact premiere date yet, Season 2 will include eight episodes.

It really is, and I think whether you are a pop culture obsessive or someone who tracks the volatile business of streaming or, you know, just a viewer trying to figure out why certain shows take over your feed while others vanish-
