Um, I cannot say what he's brought to the food landscape that's positive, but I can say positive things about him, which are he seems to be in very good shape for someone who eats for a living.

This is like, we're-- this is '21, it's, like, pandemic, so I would say, like, five, seven years ago, maybe even 19.

I'm like, so yes, like, creators, they weren't even called that then, you know, they're, they're really fun, but, like, I'm still like The New York Times Review, Los Angeles Times Review, Eater, Infatuation, like, the journalists doing the job, those would be the most important voices.

It's flipped, obviously, and we were talking about that before.

It's like influencers have so much importance now, and, like, they really do put butts in the seats, and people really do follow TikTok to, to get that d-d-dining recommendation.

It was great, and it was fun, and I was...

You know, it was, like, me, Infatuation, and then, like, five other people in New York that were doing it, and we would go out-

I remember when Infatuation came out and, like, people would tell me, like, "That was, like, super cool."

Yeah.

Yeah, they were the reason I went, and yeah, they made some comparisons that we'll get into that I found problematic, but they were the first to kind of big up the stall, let's say.

Yeah, I want to say that, you know, it's a little taco bro-ish, the claiming to be the first, but Infatuation was the first to publish a report, and You know, Infatuation LA, every year it seems they're really going for it on these tacos.

They want to be like, this is our taco of the year and this is the one we're behind, which is great.

But three of them showed up in this video and they're just going on about how this is Sonora style and that Silvio Martins guy is like, I'm from Sonora and I know.
