This young man, he represents something very rare.

He's what you might call a torture entrepreneur, mm? He is- [laughs] He, he, he, he claimed he was being tortured And he has gained to the highest echelons of the state, and he's basically hijacked sections of the state, and particularly the security state, and he has used it, uh, you know, to the every...
