And I know that you've not watched this.

This was like, first there was Laguna Beach, which I know I've spoken about on the podcast before, because I think they either did their 20 year reunion or 25 year reunion this year, because I finally got to watch it when we're in America on the silly Roku channel, because we don't get that in Australia.

He was scheming, crystal loving, and it was the kind of villain everyone loved to hate.

And actually, I would say he would seem like the last person you would ever consult for leadership, communication, advice, and yet...

So you want to start the story when something happens, when the customer rejects the proposal, not the whole story of how you got to the proposal, how the budget disappeared, how your best employee said she was leaving, how this new technology that used to give your company an advantage became available to everyone.

That's where you began your story.

i think there's something about nascent uh reality tv i just remember a lot of pieces about it being like is it real and it is one of the fakest things i've ever seen like they bump into each other on the street but there's cameras like bump into each other they're not at an event but there is something brilliant about watching the kind of eve of what has now become bread and butter for culture.

The drama is so low stakes.

That's what happens when you have a big artist of such longevity.

And the thing I liked most about when I went to see Madonna is that everyone is having a moment like a prayer, but it's very personal.

That's how I feel about The Hills, sort of.

And we're in season five, I'm gonna guess part A, but you'll like this.

When they were like all yelling at Taylor and Taylor's fighting with everyone, all I could think of was Audrina from The Hills being like, "To have a friend you have to be a friend, and she's not being a friend right now." [laughs]
