The High Ground

Um, better or worse for an encounter at Farpoint? Worse.

Right, speaking of the Irish reunification episode, 212, The High Ground.

Oh,

yeah.

And I'll be honest, a lot of what I find just wrong about this episode isn't, say, like The High Ground, where they tried to do something and utterly pissed it down their leg.

I admit, the problem is here, it's like when we're watching episodes of when it features Section 31, and you're like, oh, this was clearly made before 2001.

I feel like we're looking back on a... a year 2000 episode of television from a 2026 perspective with 2026 level era eyes where the conversation has completely changed and it's just the ooh these are some unfortunate implications because I'm sure this doesn't end up wanting to intended to be The most conservative episode of Star Trek without someone in blackface.
