The Henderson Kids

Hello, my lovelies.

And oh, are you in for a treat today? I'm joined by a dear old friend, and we go right back to the Henderson kids too, where he was quite simply the best standby props I had ever worked with.

Honestly, he kept the whole show and probably me from falling apart.

And what a career this man has had, from the standby props department right through to a set decorator.

Now, Rolly, before we get into your extraordinary career, I have to take everyone back to where we met.

Oh, right.

The Henderson kids too.

You were at the beginning of your career, and I still say this, you were the best standby props I'd ever worked with.

Zipar's taken him with him

... 'cause the Henderson kids at pick 11, which discovered Kylie Minogue-

Oh, yeah

... originally.

Yeah, but then you could get her on Neighbors as well.

Kylie.

At pick 11, The Henderson Kids, Carry On together was the theme song.

Ollie.

There are two snapshots of Mushroom's alternative work in the '90s.

One is the 1997 soundtrack of Raw FM, a one-season ABC teen drama set in a community radio station starring Nadine Gardner of The Henderson Kids.

Mushroom produced a soundtrack, and it featured many of their bands scattered across their labels, from The Mavis's, Pollyanna, Finny Skadd, Mola, and more.

And then the other is Mushroom's 25th anniversary concert, humbly titled The Concert of the Century, held in 1998.

Okay, moving on.

Henderson Kids.

Henderson Kids.

Kylie, no.

God, it's got to be in there.

watching that was it was a live concert that they did, might have been at the Horton Pavilion or somewhere, And it was all adults.

It was all the mums and dads grown up wiggling to the songs that they had grown up with.

I thought before when you said that the Henderson Kids was a Crawford Productions, you were going to segue into the Saddle Club because that was a Crawford's production.
