The Healing Code

So I knew that this was more than just a physical attack.

And so I have a friend who, uh, is a Christian psychologist, and he wrote a great book called The Healing Codes.

And sadly, he was lambasted by a lot of the church as, uh, new age, even though I know his heart and I know, um, the kind of work he did.

So I asked him to help me create a system where I could forgive people that hurt me, clear out the junk in the trunk, and then ask for forgiveness for the times I hurt others.

I've been in alternative medicine and psychology for 35 years.

I've been doing the healing codes for 25 years.

I don't think I've ever heard outside of, of what we teach, someone teaching people to choose discomfort.

Now, a lot of people say, okay, when discomfort hits, you, you kinda hang on by your fingernails as long as you can until you get through it.
