Interact is not filled with Delco teams, but it has a lot of those private schools.

You have Episcopal, you have Agnes Irwin, you have Notre Dame, you have the Haverford School for Boys, all that are going to be broken down in the Interact championship, so I have to talk about these, these schools, and I have to talk about these meets.

And I'll be honest, when I was a head coach, league meets meant so much to me.

I would circle them on my calendar.

So Episcopal Academy and Penn Charter, I don't, I wouldn't worry about that Germantown Academy team as of yet.

I think they have the potential to play some spoiler, but right now they're gonna be a little bit farther back.

And obviously number five, you're sitting at a team from the Haverford School for Boys.

Uh, that's probably where they're gonna finish.

They have experience with Corcoran and Angelopoulos, Strong Jr. and Spivey, a young talent with Cobb and freshman Addison Scott, winning the team race while putting that many runners toward the front.

makes is a very encouraging result for springfield as they head into championship season On the boys' end, you had the team from Haverford School for Boys.

They had a strong performance at Sally Invitational as well.

They were led by Colin Park at 18.07, Alex Peter at 19.06.

The Haverford School for Boys also had a few other runners within that sub-20 range.

There's some depth and consistency in the group, six runners under 19.46. separated by 1 minute and 38 seconds.

Again, this is a team that's going to grow together.
