like cannibal holocaust like it's people go to a you know, a tribe somewhere and they, you know, capture them all and start eating them and stuff like that.

It was like to

promote the green Inferno movie, which is still a classic today.

I always see it come back around and people like loving it.

going to go with The Green Inferno for 2013 by Eli Roth.

A group of idealistic student activists travel to the Amazon to stop the operations of a logging company that's cutting down the trees, et cetera.

They chain themselves to trees and stream it live on YouTube.

um but yeah he went the mockumentary thing he was he was going to enter the website and see if he could like you know see see what happened see if it was real if it was something that was really credible that he could get evidence for and asked him for his credit card information and he got too scared so he just clicked off it instead real real real definitely definitely happened

yeah No, that's all interesting, because like I said, I'm not really too familiar with him, because back when he was producing the likes of Cabin Fever, Hostel, etc., even right up until The Green Inferno and stuff, every sort of interview like that with him was sort of... predicated on this idea that he was like a provocateur right you know and it sounds like that gimmick if it was ever a gimmick that's perhaps too charitable it's kind of like never ended he's still out there doing the same old stuff being vocally kind of you know in in your face with all of this this this nonsense which i think is oh my god

edge lord is the ah yeah he is he is the original edge lord he is patient zero of edge lords that's what i was trying to

get out yeah you've summed it up perfectly yeah this edge lord sort of natured to him and definitely his films uh from back then but i was kind of oblivious to again as a teen probably the exact target demographic for this like you said hostile blood guts boobs 14 year old me was like well that's films don't get any better than that do they 14-year-old

for me I think it kind of takes a lot for me to just say like yeah I don't want to fucking see this for like reasons outside of the quality of the movie because I like just seeing everything I mean we watched fucking Green Inferno on our first date

you know well yeah well we didn't well no I I didn't really know who Eli Roth was then you know like

have you not seen like Hostel or Cabin Fever

but it won't be, it won't be as shock value as the original.

It'll be like, uh, Hannibal Holocaust and then doing Green Inferno.
