The Graduate School of Political Management

When I started to be a, a teenager, I, I was fascinated and I thought that I would want to run for office myself.

And then I went to the US to the, uh, Graduate School of Political Management to get my master degree some 20 years ago.

And I went there with the idea to run for office, and I came back with my plan, uh, to actually be behind the scenes, which is a role I like much better, and become a, uh, international political consultant, and off I went.

Interesting introduction, Mr. Luis.
