I really appreciate you all and how how awesome it is that you guys are finding our content enjoyable.

It makes us really, really happy.

Additionally, the first law community on the Reddit has been very, very active recently.

There's some really good first law character art that came out.

And there is also quite a bit of people just talking about the series, which we haven't gotten a while.

Yeah.

Um, I mean, you read a lot and fiction, like when you find things in fiction that resonate with you, there's this, there's this book series I love called The First Law by Joe Abercrombie.

I've read all three.

They're-

Yeah, it is definitely in the water when he wrote this.

In fact, he has said that, I don't know if you guys have read the First Law trilogy by Joe Abercrombie, and Buhlman cited him as a big influence on his deciding to become a writer.

Not deciding, he was probably a writer already, but an influence on this book, definitely.

And there's a character in there called The Feared, and he's a giant of a human, and And he wears a suit of armor that's split down the middle.

Well, Troy, today I got to celebrate a Kickstarter fulfillment day.

So several months ago, it might've even been last fall, I signed up when Joe Abercrombie had the first law Kickstarter through Lit Escalates and personalized signed copies, my new t-shirt.

So I can't hear, I'll stand up a little bit, show off the, you can never have too many knives, Logan Ninefingers t-shirt.

And then the, I won't show them all, but I will do a little show and tell.

It is the First Law Trilogy.

Let's jump from 2012 back to 2006 and look at Joe Abercrombie's The Blade Itself.

The opening volley of the First Law trilogy.

I mean, this book fundamentally shifted the landscape of modern fantasy.

Diego's list notes it as the best of the trilogy by a decent margin.

That's the one.

I read that once upon a time.

Nice.

I'm now on book three of the first law series.

Nice.

So yeah.

I think after you read The First Law, there's like three, two or, there's three standalone novels.
