The Drowns

that live album was fantastic

and then when I've been sick because sadly I dealt with some health issues last year I think you had so many amazing episodes you had Andy from The Drowns on

That was a nice one.

I really liked it.

Let's get after some more tunes here.

We're going to go from Tooth & Nail to The Drowns.

They are from Seattle in Washington.

Dig these guys.

I really dig the release, Harsh Reality.

Got so many tracks that I will probably play at some point because there's just so many great ones.

Find them at The Drowns on both Instagram and Facebook.

They're out of Seattle, like I said.

What's Bazzy's brand new banger?

Brand new banger this week, uh, from the brand new album, Half Reality, uh, the band The Drowns-

Ooh

... have, uh, uh, uh, are here.

Uh, they've got, like I say, a new album, Half Reality, and the song Relentless is the first single off it.

So we're, uh, we're gonna have a listen to that today

todayThe Drowns, they seem to spend most of their time here, uh-

[laughs]

Followed by The Beggar Belief of Jamie Sedd from their debut EP.

And we finish with the Drowns in 1979, Trans Am from their album Black Thou.

Yes, I know the Drowns have a new album.

I do not have it yet.

I will try to get it as soon as I can.

Hey guys, what's up? It's Nick, Honesty with Martini.

Today I got Rev from The Drowns.

How you doing today, Rev? I'm good, man.

How are you? Good.

um and the label immediately grabbed that and so we're on pirates press within a couple years of forming and also a few years later like so recently they were like hey guys so you know that first record that we passed on turns out people fucking love it and so they reissued and i got to be like i fucking told you so like i told you it was good yeah so that was that was nice

So did you guys keep the three piece just because you guys, you're talking about how like you want to play with people that actually care about the music, that have the same ideology.

Was there ever a moment where the Drowns was a four piece or tried to even be a four piece or was it just like, okay, we have the three, we're not going to mess it up.

We're just going to keep it core.
