In their closing arguments, prosecutors read the whole record back to him.

Two confessions to police in 2008 and 2009, two sit-down interviews for the BET docuseries Death Row Chronicles in 2017, and his own memoir, Compton Street Legend, written in 2019.

And every single time, Keefy puts himself in the front seat of the white Cadillac where the shots were fired from on that fateful night in Las Vegas.

During one of those jail calls, Keefe admits he probably should have stopped doing interviews a long time ago.

And just like that, the confession was no longer a secret.

And then, incredibly, Keefe started telling it himself.

In 2017, he sat down for hours of on-camera interviews for a BET series called Death Row Chronicles.

The producers would later testify that the interviews were unscripted and that Keefe never got the questions ahead of time.
