And Greg Kading was one of the police officers who allegedly offered him a proffer that didn't stick, right? But, but Greg Kading wrote a book, and then he had a movie with, uh, Sean Penn, where Sean Penn was Greg Kading trying to figure out who killed Biggie and Tupac.

I think Edi, I mean, I think, uh, Keffe saw all that and was like, "I need to get paid, too." 'Cause not all long after that, we get his book, we get him on Death Row Chronicles, we get him on Vlad, we get him on Art of Dialogue, and now we got him in jail for the rest of his life.

[laughs] And this is a guy who from, you know, for what people say, he, when, in his heyday, he had a significant amount of money.

You know, I, I, I told a homeboy of mine that was in and out of jail.

So, in 2017, Dwayne Davis decides to go public.

He's approached by the producers of a show called Death Row Chronicles that appears on BET.

And in the 2017 public interview, he's a little evasive, but he admits to being the boss, he admits to being the white Cadillac, and he admits to being part And when he says he's the only person that can tell what happened, he's right.

Because by 2017, Terrence Brown is deceased.

Now, one of the more unexpected witnesses to take the stand wasn't a detective, an eyewitness, even someone who knew Tupac.

He was a documentary filmmaker, Michael Dorsey.

So he worked on Death Row Chronicles, the show that Kiffy D agreed to sit down with back in 2017.

And Dorsey was hired to listen in on Davis's interviews, apparently from a separate room, to kind of verify that Davis was telling the truth.

Retired detective Dan Long, who conducted the interview, later testified for the defense that he could not independently verify Davis was in the Cadillac, not without... relying on what Davis himself had said.

The third was the 2017 Death Row Chronicles documentary on BET.

The fourth was his 2019 memoir, Compton Street Legend.

The defense fought to have the memoir excluded from the evidence.

And since he didn't want any conflicts, he agreed to leave with empty pockets and create his own label called Aftermath.

One particular story was recounted in the documentary The Death Row Chronicles.

Dre took those masters with him, and Suge was really pissed off.

Suge tried to intimidate the producer, but nothing came of it.

The 2008 proffer agreement.

the 2009 Las Vegas Police interview, the 2017 Death Row Chronicles interviews, and the 2019 book Compton Street Legend that Keefie D wrote himself.

He said they were not identical.

The differences, he argued, matched Davis's motives.

And in that memoir, he also gave admissions as to his role in the killing of Tupac Shakur.

But aside from that, he also gave multiple other interviews to Vlad TV, as well as Death Row Chronicles.

and speaking to other people.
