The Damnation Game

The next full episode will be on October 31st so in that spirit I'm going back to the very start of my own interest in horror which is Clive Barker.

I'll be discussing his first full novel The Damnation Game.

Until next time, thanks for listening.

Stories such as The Midnight Mid-Train and The Hills, The Cities, The Forbidden, and Rawhide Rex announced a new voice.

In 1985, his first novel, The Damnation Game, Faustian Tale of Power, Addiction, and Damnation.

1986, he wrote the novella The Hellbound Heart.

1988, he wrote the novella Cabal, later filmed by Barker himself as Nightbreed.
