Remember, we've gone through this with so many different platforms.

So that was a far right wing, definitely much more fascist style platform.

I cannot confirm that independently, but Jake had a little bit of a Occupy Bernie period of his life before these killer business ideas took off.

I think this is the part of the show where I do the obligatory role call of far right extremists who were also part of the Occupy movement, including Tim Pool, including Andrew Anglin of the Daily Stormer, including Andrew Weave Ornheimer of the Daily Stormer.

It was a weird moment.

in American culture that kind of split people into all kinds of directions afterwards.

But that's because this has been a mainstay of leftist thinking for 70 years in an increasing fashion, and this has been a three-year dalliance on the right for your average mainstream conservatives.

I know there's like, you know, the Daily Stormer idiots and like the KKK guys and w- David Duke or whatever.

I know they're out there.

But for the vast majority of people where this has suddenly erupted, this has been a couple-of-year dalliance.

So a couple examples here, right? Uh, this is effectively exactly what's happening with the whole woke right purge, right? The right is culturally in the ascendant.

Yeah, y-you can, you know, listen to any number of people talk about anecdotes of, you know, zoomers at the gym, right? Saying something that you could only find on the Unz Review or the Daily Stormer 15 years ago has entered popular culture.

I mean, down to the point where Agartha, which is, you know, a fairly obscure concept, has become a massive meme.

Okay, fair enough, everyone making an Agartha edit of, you know, Charlie Kirk and George Floyd don't actually most likely know what they're talking about.

The, um, so y- you can look at things like this.

Um, I love reading the Jerusalem Post because they basically will tell you, it, it's almost like it's, like, it's, it's that old joke about you see a headline or you read something in a Jewish periodical that's like, okay, is this the Daily Forward or the Daily Stormer? I can't tell.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.
