The Cursed Earth

And that would sort of give it such an energy, which I think is why it still exists today.

And, and Mega-City One as a setting, and the world, like Cursed Earth, outside it.

You can, you can tell any story in there, you know.

And, and a lot of the best Dredd stories, he's the villain, you know? He's like, if you're a citizen living in Mega-City One, um...

... yeah, which people should read, won an Eisner a couple of years ago.

And Mike says, you know, in, in the past, when Dredd actually tries to get involved in major decisions, political decisions which affect the future of Mega-City One, um, he tends to get things wrong and mess [laughs] mess things up.

But like you say, if you need someone to go in and, you know, take a vaccine across the cursed Earth and it's impossible to do so and, and, and just get there and, you know, somehow he'll do it, you know, he'll... and he'll save the day.

But I think he, he does think, uh, you know, he feels things, as you say, and, and he is kind of haunted at, at times, and he's ang- very angry and all these things, and he all tries to contain it, and he comes-- and he's very taciturn in the way he speaks.

It's not unlike a Judge Dredd story.

I mean, it could easily be The Cursed Earth.

We could get a crossing from Megacity 2 with an antidote, with a bit of tweaking to the story.

So it's Apocalypse.
