The Craneway Pavilion

It's a dust bowl.

When we look at where we could be using the ferry to work with the Craneway to bring in an environment where it looks like the San Francisco Ferry building, and this is my vision, right? It lays dormant and empty.

When we look at Point Miladi, we fought for it to sell it for $80 million, and we only sold it for $40 million, and we still own 20% of that that we have to maintain, and fire has to be able to work with us there as well.

It still remains dormant.

The partnerships, like I mentioned, like...

Senator Jesse Arguello, who's also the chair of the Housing Committee in the Senate, or who's endorsed me, or Buffy Wicks, who in the Assembly is chair of the Appropriations.

Having those partnerships, having the partnerships with Eric Bader, Stephen Bader for the Economic Development Agency for East Bay, having those relationships... on a foundation of having a partnership with my endorsed, who's endorsed me, John Giermundi, is important to be able to say, I want the Craneway so we get rid of the pickleballers.

Okay, but now you couldn't take it over because we don't have the money that you didn't hold the person who was in the building accountable for taking care of the maintenance.
