The Copper Cat

Is that something that you've noticed in your career in terms of, like, how people's, you know, acceptance for characters that are not seen as traditional protagonists has changed?

Yeah, I think what I noticed when I wrote The Copper Promise for the, the Copper Cat Trilogy, I remember people getting in touch with me to say that they really appreciated how different the sort of two male point-of-view characters are to a traditional fantasy hero.

Mm-hmm.

So one of them was Lord Frith, who was kind of a nobleman, but he'd had a terrible time basically, and he was very physically weak.
