So what I've just said to you is not nearly as eloquent as the way that Leonard Hand put it, but in the end, it depends on you and me.

And when I wrote a book shortly after 9-11, which you may have mentioned in the introduction, The Constitution of Law, Legality in a Time of Emergency, I adopted a line from one of my favorite musicians, Bob Dylan, who said, you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows and slightly misappropriating his line, wrenching it out of context.
