He had a defining music moment at a dance in year 10 and after school formed a band with his brothers, the Cockroaches, and he was gigging in King's Cross at the age of 17.

Now, in the middle of a cockroach's tour, Paul's eight-month-old daughter tragically died of SIDS.

I can remember when the Cockroaches, you know, we had a top ten song and Platinum Mammoth and God knows what.

And I was pushing Luke in the pram somewhere and And one of the ladies, you know, from the area said, I saw you pushing Luke the other day in the pram.
