Because we've seen all these depictions of coaches... and up until this point i think one of the more recent ones is we have any given sunday which is just a caricature of what a coach is and this is actually a guy who's trying to deal with the multiple personalities and all the moving pieces and it's done well and like we only get so much of him but the little pieces we do really i'm having a fun time with But, Max, it's time for wait-a-minute moments, things that cause you pause.

Corey Reynolds is one of the most versatile performers working in the business today.

From his breakout Broadway debut as Seaweed in Hairspray, and he had plenty of nominations, including for Outer Circle Critics Award, Drama Desk Award, and the prestigious Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical, to seven seasons playing Sergeant David Gabriel on the smash hit series, The Closer.

He recently starred in Resident Alien as Sheriff Mike Thompson, Corey's been honored for both his comedic and dramatic work.

He is currently reprising his role of Cliff Mosley on season eight of the CW's All-American.

I loved playing it.

Which started on NBC, moved to TNT.

And but at the time their, what they were, the kinds of shows that they were making were, like, The Closer and, and, uh, Rizzoli & Isles, and this was a risk.
