They're gonna be out there, the, uh, within the required distance [chuckles] from the facility I'm sure, and ev- and there's gonna be momentum even on a, on a micro, micro level here.

But the Providence voter that looks at this thing through a lens akin to that which the Brown Daily Herald editorial board did when they just published their endorsement of Mayor Smiley.

That may identify on a, a, a, a flavor level, on a concept level, on a soulfulness level, et cetera, with much of, all of which, whatever Morales is bringing to the table, but steps back and says, "I don't view this purely as a working class populist re-prioritization of aspects of city government.

I view this as a step further than that into..." Forget the municipal laboratory for socialism stuff.
