Book of Enoch

And the way that it's written lets you know that it goes back a long ways.

You know, when I think of manuscripts, the first one that pops into my head, when I think of something like you're describing, the Book of Enoch, which has become very, very popular of late.

And you think the story that I heard was that that manuscript of Enoch was buried in the wall of an ancient building and the archaeologists were dismantling the wall.

to see what was in a space and they found the manuscript of the book of enoch and not too long ago in other words that that manuscript hasn't been around all that long and it's like the lord chose that day you know when those guys were opening up the wall this is the day that that that particular manuscript is going to go out and be publicized it's very very popular

now you got the same thing with the dead sea scrolls i mean they sat there in those caves for almost 2 000 years and somebody accidentally throws a rock and here's pottery breaking accidentally accidentally yeah makes you wonder what angel was saying here goat come here come here get him to go up there

it is time to reveal yeah and god works that way and which is remarkable and by the way I love the way that God unfolds what we as humans look at as mysteries.

You read something like that, it's like the Lord, you know, the Bible's written by the Holy Spirit.

So

I've studied this and I went back and studied it more because of, you know, because of other people, other humans calling them Nephilim.

That refers to, if people don't know, the sons of, gosh, what was it? The giants in the Bible from the earth that are spoken of in Genesis and And then, of course, they're spoken of in the Apocrypha more, like in the Book of Enoch and so on.

But anyway, what I found is that that was actually the story of the Anunnaki.

And the Anunnaki actually might have, and I believe this, that they created us as humans.

Anyway.

Enoch, uh, you know, if you, if you read the biblical story of him in the Book of Enoch and so on and so forth, he fits the bill for Hermes, Thoth, for, uh, Mercury.

He has a little tablet, right? You know, I don't know if he literally has a tablet, but what he does is they call him the scribe of God, and he would t- speak to the angels, and he would speak to God, and then he would come to man, and he would translate the messages between.

You know, Enoch transcended into an angelic being.

Our focus must be the institutions that are capturing control at a global level and at an extraordinary space and pace.

What I'm saying is what's revealed in the Epstein files and what's alluded to in ancient scripture, including the book of Enoch, and I'll be talking to the author of this book, Timothy Albarino, in a minute, what's revealed in scripture Scripture and non-canonical texts from the second temple era is that we are indeed in a powerful and profound spiritual war.

What I like about it is not the kind of element that's sort of lightly mocking women that wear hijabs and burqas.

What I like is... is the complexity that it presents the police officer with of not knowing how to handle someone that's wearing a burqa in public.

Mm-hmm.

academia, but also, I guess, the kind of philosophy that would come from looking at this kind of thing.

Now, when I looked at the Book of Enoch, it seems that if you're going to get into Revelation and get into Daniel, the Book of Enoch becomes very alluring.

I felt like it was ancient aliens meets Epstein files.

In almost all cases, that human recipient is pseudepigraphic.

Somebody like Enoch couldn't possibly have written this.

The one great exception to that is the Apocalypse of John, the Book of Revelation, even though that has often been regarded as the norm for identifying the genre.

But in fact, it's an exception in that regard.

I think for those watching, there are two, the book covers a lot of different things and not even just Jewish Apocalypse.

It covers a lot of different cultures, as we'll see.

One of the, so there's kind of two texts that make a lot of appearances, and that would be Daniel and 1 Enoch are quite common throughout the book, but they're not the only, obviously the only text by any means.

But maybe we can start with some of the way that you, so what you do in the book, just for those watching, is you look at different phenomenon in any one, you know, apocalypse and kind of situate it in a setting where you can see that happening in other places.

and not reduce all of these spirit beings down to what we consider angels, we might be missing something more that's going on.

Has the church largely misunderstood the nature and origin of angels and demons? Are there other heavenly beings that are not angelic or demonic? And if so, where do they come from and what do they do? Are demons really the disembodied spirits of the Nephilim as discussed in Genesis 6 and the book of Enoch? The, the connection between tech and magic is a very ancient one.

You know, the Book of Enoch obviously talks about how these spiritual beings were revealing, uh, different technologies to humans.

And so you're also trying to show how, you know, some tech people, people in the biotech, uh, industry have this sense that they're getting their tech from other intelligences, from non-human intelligences, right?

Yeah.

But he still is couching his imagery in Chris- in Christianity.

Until now, it felt like the UFO world was more akin to, closer to the New Age and to that type of spirituality, and didn't actually connect much with the Christian world.

Now, you have people like Thiel that are actually explicitly taking on Christian narratives, but you also have now a new fascination in the Book of Enoch and the Watchers and all this kind of mythology in the Christian world.

So I, I wonder if you thought or if you've looked ill- a little bit into how this story of alien intelligence is kinda colliding or coming closer to the Christian story.

However, those are part of the sacred text that all of us should have had access to all this time.

But there's other Bibles and there's other like the Book of Enoch.

I mean, there's other texts that we should have access to if we're going to call ourselves Christians or Catholics or whatever.

Why do we have to subscribe to a religion where we're not even getting the full scope of everything Jesus wanted to teach us?
