Welcome to another solo ep.

So, yes, I've been holding out on you, and I can finally tell you what I've been up to over the last couple of months, and that is I have been filming with The Block Australia.

For those of you who don't know what The Block is, um, I'm surprised firstly 'cause it's [laughs] a quite a well-known show, but, but my parents didn't know what it was, so let me fill you in.

It is, like, sort of the number one property show here in Australia, and contestants build a house, right? And, uh, over the period of a number of weeks, and they style it, and then those houses get sold.

And I have been watching it for years.

Before I get into it, uh, for those of you who haven't heard a solo episode before, it's, it's exactly this.

It's like a voice note from me to you about the happenings in my life, and it is not edited.

So as far as The Block goes, as I said, I've been watching The Block for 10 plus years.

How did you end up in that position? How did you become the four-woman on The Block?

My name is Benjamin Norris and today we are continuing our deep dive into The Traitors Australia with a man who is quickly becoming something of a reality television veteran.

Luke Packham has survived Love Island, somehow survived three months on the block, and now he has entered the manor alongside his twin brother Josh to take on The Traitors Australia.

And I have to say, these two have given me some of my favourite moments of the season.

Today, Luke is refreshingly honest about watching himself back on the show, including those moments where he was absolutely convinced he had cracked the game, only to discover that confidence can be a very dangerous thing inside the manor.
