The Bismarck Tribune did a great job of reporting this.

I know you have put some thought to this as well, but there's some questions about the handling of this from that department and trying to scrub those meeting minutes from you and I to actually peel back and look at.

Yeah, Grant Corsey with the Bismarck Tribune had an article today where he exposed the fact that the meeting minutes that are officially posted on the – North Dakota Development Fund's website as of today do not match the originals that were posted and then archived in some website for public meeting minutes, basically.

I didn't even know about this website, but he has shown that they were fudging their books, basically, on discussing what was going on with the audit itself as they were getting updates and communicating with the auditors back in May and June about They decided that they were going to redact things that they had put in their original minutes, and there's some implications that perhaps the issue is that they should not have been talking about this audit in public at all, and that it should have either been in an executive session, which is a secret meeting, or they shouldn't have been talking about it at all.

I think that there's going to be more on that that comes out.

The encounter was later reported to the Bismarck Tribune in January of 1978.

Another nighttime encounter reportedly involved Walter Chasinghawk and his wife.

While driving, they noticed what appeared to be green eyes reflecting in their lights.

I found a short Bismarck PD note from Friday, August 5th, 1994, three days after Shelley went missing.
